Why should I choose HanJi Jewelry?
It is our dream to design unique jewelry with meaning and find them homes where they will be forever cherished. We love bringing our designs to life with our own hands and insist on making a portion of our jewelry by ourselves in our studio in Seattle. Thank you for supporting a small team of two and for supporting our dream as designers.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use USPS and UPS for U.S. domestic orders, and DHL for international orders.
How can I request a custom order?
You can have a piece of jewelry custom-made just as how you dream it by filling out a short survey on our website, emailing your request to info@hanjijewelry, or send us a direct message on Instagram.
What can I expect in my package?
If you order gold jewelry, it will come in an Italian-made black leatherette HanJi jewelry box with a red ultrasuede lining. If you order silver jewelry, it will come in a black vegan leather jewelry pouch. There will always be a jewelry care card that documents all the materials used in the making of your jewelry.
Do you have any locations I can visit?
We do not have a physical store but we do participate in art markets where you can see the collections and meet us in person. You're also welcome to visit our studio located in Seattle, WA by appointment. Make an appointment by emailing info@hanjiewelry.com or sending us a direct message on Instagram.
How do I apply a promotional code?
To apply your discount, simply open your cart at checkout and follow along with the directions until you get to the payment page where you’ll be able to enter your discount code before finalizing your purchase.
How will my refunds be distributed?
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Once you receive a refund confirmation email, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to process and display in your account before reaching out with questions regarding the processing status.
Can I cancel my order after it’s already been placed and paid for?
The cancelation request must be made within 24 hours of order placement because we start building your jewelry pieces as soon as the order is placed to ensure timely delivery. Please contact info@hanjijewelry.com for canceling your orders.
